Your tasks

• Technical building condition survey and derivation/development of refurbishment measures including their commercial assessment
• Inventory surveys for refurbishments and planning services for the redesign of existing properties
• Obtaining and verifying offers and awarding construction services
• Coordination of the executing companies incl. Documentation and quality control
• Acceptance of construction work and invoicing
• Invoice control, cost tracking and budget control

Your profile

• Completed technical training (HTL structural engineering, FH, master builder)
• Sound knowledge of construction planning and construction technology, project management
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
• High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and professional demeanor
• Goal- and solution-oriented way of working, resilient, able to deal with conflict and work in a team
