- Personal assistance of the assigned property manager
- Independent organization of the assigned area of responsibility
- Professional customer communication (correspondence, phone, in person)
- Preparation of rental agreements and various correspondence
- Ongoing data maintenance and scheduling coordination
- Creation of cost estimates
Your profile
- Completed commercial training at Matura level (HAK, HBLA or comparable)
- Experience in a comparable field of activity
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Mastery of German spelling and knowledge of English
- Committed personality who enjoys customer contact
- Independent and structured way of working

The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 31,010 (depending on qualifications) with a clear willingness to overpay.
