Sustainability and environmental protection are core values for us at GRAWEwohnen.at, and we actively live by them. As part of the operating cost statement for 2025, we evaluated the impressive results of our photovoltaic systems: around 1,053,700 kWh of electricity were generated by the systems.

1,053,700 kWh of solar energy for our properties

Thanks to the sustainable energy generated by our approximately 40 photovoltaic systems, we were able to fully cover the electricity costs for the common areas in most of the properties affected. This means direct relief for our tenants – and at the same time a valuable contribution to climate protection.

The use of photovoltaics is an important part of our strategy to reduce the ecological footprint of our properties. With the power of the sun, we are relying on a renewable energy source that not only protects the environment, but also saves costs in the long term.
